MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS vary throughout the year, and are indicated on the rate calendar.
RESERVATIONS may be made by calling 865.429.2658 or by using our online reservations request form. We will then call you personally to confirm your reservation and payment information. A DEPOSIT is required (half the stay before sales tax of 9.5%) to make a reservation. We accept MC, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You will be required to sign a credit card receipt for both your deposit and balance of stay as well as a Guest Registration form accepting responsibility for any damages during your stay. You must be at least 21 years of age in order to rent a cabin. Ask about payment options!
RATES AND FEES We do not charge for additional guests in your cabin up to the maximum occupancy for your cabin. There is an Administration fee per stay which covers the cost of processing reservations and cleaning the cabin after your departure. This fee is $75.00 for three bedroom cabins; $60.00 for two bedroom cabins and $40.00 for one bedroom cabins.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing thirty (30) days prior to your check-in date in order to receive a refund. There is a twenty-five percent (25%) cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to your check-in date are subject to a fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee unless arrangements are made for a future reservation.
DRIVING CONDITIONS in the mountains can be challenging any season of the year. Most roads are well maintained but generally curvy and steep. Four wheel drive vehicles are recommended. We do not refund due to weather or road conditions. We suggest that you visit websites which offer Trip Insurance, such as Tripinsurance.com, AccessAmerica.com, or Insuremytrip.com. We have no affiliation with any of these companies, but suggest that you consider this option if your family situation or weather conditions may affect your stay.
PETS Several of our cabins are pet friendly. There is a $50.00 per pet fee which covers the expense of extra cleaning of pet hair and normal mess. This does not cover additional damage which may require further cleaning or repair. Any such costs will be passed along to you. We do require that your pet be crated if left alone in the cabin. We have several crates available. Please let us know when you make your reservation, as supplies are limited. We also require that dogs be on leash when walked. If your pet is of the feline variety, you must supply a litter box and dispose of it on departure.
SMOKING All our cabins are non smoking. There are covered outdoor porches and butt pails for our smoking guests. There is a $150.00 fee for non-compliance of this policy.
