Where are you located?
We are centrally located minutes from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park as well as the outlet malls in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge Tennessee.  See our Fun Things to Do for approximate travel time and distance.

What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring to enjoy the cabins other than your vacation clothing is food for your stay, and personal toiletries. We provide you with all linens, towels, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish and laundry soap and a charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining and includes basic condiments such as salt & pepper, sugar, sweetener, non dairy creamer and enough coffee to enjoy while you settle in.  Telephone service is not provided; you shouldn't have any trouble with your cell phone service.

Is there a cabin cleaning fee?
Yes. Your Cleaning fee (see Rental Policies) is charged in your total rental and covers the one time cost of cleaning your cabin after your departure. We will ask you to load the dishwasher, collect the garbage and locate all the linens by the washer when you are ready to depart. There are cleaning supplies in the cabins to help you keep the cabin tidy during your stay if needed. Special cleaning arrangements may be made for extended stays.

Do you allow pets?
Most of our cabins welcome pets. Please review our Pet Friendly Policy.

What about storms or bad travel conditions?
Our cancellation policy is outlined on our Rental Policies Page. We cannot refund monies due to circumstances beyond our control.

Do you have a minimum nights stay?
Yes, although when we can, we will rent for one night. Usually the minimum is a two-night stay, with three nights on most holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, July and October require a four (4) night stay.

Do you have specials or discounts?
Yes, we often have specials and post them on our specials and discounts page, and/or in email postings. When you reserve a five (5) night stay, the sixth and seventh night is free.  Weekly or monthly rates may be negotiated if there is interest.

Do your cabins have hot tubs?
Yes. All our cabins have hot tubs and several have indoor spa Jacuzzi tubs. Rules as to their proper use are posted in the cabins. Failure to follow these procedures can result in damage to the tubs or covers for which you will be responsible.
